Returns & Exchanges

Before you request for return of your NAYIRAH jewellery, please take a moment to understand that our pieces are handcrafted which makes them not only unique but also special. Pieces crafted by hand are bound to have a slight variation. Our stones are hand picked with a lot of effort and where ever natural stones are used, again, variation is inevitable. 
Thus, kindly ensure your reason of exchange/return is legit. 
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, you may return them in exactly the same way in which they were received (unworn, unused and with original packaging).
We have a 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 days of receipt.
If your request for return has been approved by our Quality Control team, kindly ensure we receive the piece within 7days post acceptance of request. We will not be accepting any pieces after 7 days. 
We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note which is valid for six months (and has to be redeemed in one go only). A proof of purchase is mandatory for initiating return/exchange. 
The only condition is which a refund will be initiated is if your package is lost in transit or a wrong piece has been delivered.
To request a return, you can contact us at with subject being RETURN/EXCHANGE. Kindly share clear pictures and videos showing the defect. 
Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned.
We have made all efforts to ensure the display is as ccurate as digitally possible. 
However, as computer monitors/phone screens vary, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of display of colors of your screen.
We are not liable for damages in transit as deliveries are done via third party service providers. Please inspect your order upon receipt contact us immediately if the order delivered is damaged, incorrect or incomplete so that we can evaluate the issue and do the needful. 
Pieces are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product and it's subject to availability.
1. Incorrect delivery address provided. 
2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
3. Package refused by recipient.
4. Sizing issues. Please ensure you review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
6. Products returned due to minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
