Handcrafted Disclaimer
Before requesting a return or exchange of your NAYIRAH jewelry, please understand that our pieces are handcrafted, making each one unique and special. As a result, slight variations are inherent to the process. Our natural stones are hand-picked with great effort, and color/texture variation is inevitable. Therefore, we ask that your reason for exchange or return be valid and fall within the parameters below.
Acceptable Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:
Your order is lost or damaged in transit.
You have received an incorrect product.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may return the item in the exact condition in which it was received (unworn, unused, and with original packaging). You must share a continuous, unedited unboxing video with our team as proof of damage/error.
Return Policy Timeline
We offer a 3-day return policy for store credit. This means you have 3 calendar days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within this 3-day receipt window.
Return Approval and Process
If your return request is approved by our Quality Control (QC) team, the piece must be received by us within 7 days of the acceptance notification. We will not accept pieces returned after this 7-day window.
Any piece returned without prior approval from our QC team will not be accepted.
Refund Details
All approved returns will be processed as a credit note (store credit), which will be initiated within 15 working days of receiving the returned jewelry.
We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
The credit note is valid for six months and must be redeemed in a single transaction.
A proof of purchase is mandatory for initiating any return or exchange.
A cash refund will only be initiated if your package is lost in transit or if a damaged/wrong piece has been delivered.
To request a return, please contact us at info@nayirah.com with the subject line: RETURN/EXCHANGE - [Your Order Number]. Kindly share clear pictures, videos showing the defect, along with the mandatory unboxing video.
Display Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure the product display is as accurate as digitally possible. However, as computer monitors and phone screens vary, we cannot guarantee the exact display accuracy of colors on your screen.
Damages and Issues
While we are not liable for transit damages as deliveries are handled by third-party service providers, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if the order delivered is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action. This claim must be supported by a video proof (the unboxing video).
Faulty Items: Pieces are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Faulty Item Exchange: If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, we can only replace it for the same product and this is subject to availability.
Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted
No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges will be entertained in the following cases:
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
Package refused by the recipient at the time of delivery.
Sizing issues: Customers are responsible for reviewing our size guides carefully before making a purchase.
Products returned in used or damaged condition.
Products returned due to minor color and design variation. (All products are handmade and use natural stones, making variations inevitable. We strive to keep them minimal.)
The jewelry piece is not found to be faulty or damaged upon inspection.
